Century Garage Door Service (“Century,” “we,” “us”) operates garagedoorcentury.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a garage door repair and installation company based in New York, NY. We do not sell your personal information.
This website does not have a contact form. If you reach out to us, it is by phone or email, and we collect only what you choose to give us in that conversation, such as your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem with your door. We keep this information to schedule and carry out the work you asked for.
Like most websites, our server and the tools we use also collect some information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you here.
Our site uses caching technology to load pages faster, which can set a small technical cookie unrelated to advertising. If we run Google Ads or Google Analytics on this site, Google may set cookies or use similar technology to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use the site, and we may also use a call tracking service to identify which ad or search led to a phone call. These tools do not tell us who you are by name.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can review or adjust how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us run the business, such as scheduling, call tracking and payment processing tools, or when required by law. Every technician who comes to your door works directly for Century.
We keep information related to a service call for as long as reasonably needed for business, warranty, insurance and tax purposes, then remove it.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If you are a California resident, this includes any rights available to you under California law. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
This site is intended for adults arranging garage door service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
